Mechanism: Extra-cellular matrix refill, protein proliferation & subcutaneous fat redistribution
Hyaluid floods skin with 8 different weights of Hyaluronic Acid and multiple forms of saccharides (carbohydrates) that deposit at shallow to deeper layers of skin accordingly, refilling empty spaces of the extra-cellular matrix (structural network) that is naturally declining in Glycosaminoglycans due to natural aging and sun exposure. Together, they swell up into rich hydration balloons by the natural attraction of water and ions - restoring a cushioned environment internally, hence resulting in visibly plumper skin externally. As this new found gel-like filler surrounds collagen and elastin proteins, Hyaluid administers a string of amino acid chains (basic building blocks of proteins) and 2 pharmacological triterpenoids extracted from the Tiger Grass herb to ignite a multiplication of the cells that produces collagen and elastin (a.k.a fibroblast proliferation), resulting in tangibly denser, springier skin - reversing the severity of wrinkles, fine lines, folds and sagging.
With age, fat pockets become discernible as separate entities (e.g jowls, nasolabial folds, malar fat pad, eye bags) due to an imbalance subcutaneous fat distribution. Hyaluid prescribes a low dose of Sodium Deoxycholate to breakdown fats by inducing Lipolysis (a process that metabolise excess fat similar to exercising) Coupled with skin’s increased elasticity: sagging and contours are uplifted - reestablishing a sculpted, youthful appearance
Mechanism: Oxidation inhibition & muscular mass reduction
The 2 core driving forces of (premature) aging are oxidative stress (uv radiation, environmental pollution etc) & muscle contractions. Hyaluid supplies skin with 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, a stable form of Vitamin C that creates a force field around your skin cells to immunise against free radical damage - decelerating the typical speed of aging. Often unaddressed, repeated contraction of facial muscles physically creates and deepens creases (wrinkles, expression lines, fine lines, folds etc). Hyaluid mitigates this phenomenon by supplying a modified form of botulinum toxin, a neurotoxic protein that reduces the intensity of daily muscular contractions which progressively reduces muscle mass and tug, hence limiting normal progression rate of wrinkle magnification that may otherwise compound.
